Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Credits are the balance you spend on generation. An image costs 12 to 28 credits depending on the model. You see the exact price before you generate, in every tool, for example the HDR tool and the upscale tool.
How many images does a pack cover?
It depends on the model you use. The Starter pack (100 credits) covers 3 images on Seedream 5.0 Pro, or up to 8 on Lite. The Pro pack (1,600 credits) covers 57 on Pro, or up to 133 on Lite. Each card above shows the count for its own pack.
Do credits expire?
No, not while your account is active. The credits you buy stay in your balance until you use them.
What happens if a generation fails?
You do not pay for it. If a job fails on our side, the credits it cost go back to your balance automatically, usually within seconds.
Where are my receipts and past purchases?
In the Creem customer portal, the service that processes our payments. Open it from the billing section above. For anything else, contact us.
Is there a subscription?
Yes. The membership plans above top up your credits every month or year, at a lower per-credit rate than packs. Membership credits stay valid while the membership is active and expire when it ends. One-time credit packs remain available and work fully on their own.
Can I create NSFW or adult content on this site?
No. Generating or editing NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content is strictly prohibited on this site, as stated in our Terms of Service. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated.
