You may submit images, videos, text prompts, and other content to the Service. You retain any rights you have in your original Inputs. As between you and Free HDR Photo Enhancer, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you own the Outputs generated specifically for your account.

You grant Free HDR Photo Enhancer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, store, transmit, reproduce, adapt, modify, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise process your Inputs and Outputs as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

Outputs may not be unique, may contain errors or artifacts, and may not be suitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any Output. We do not guarantee that any Output is protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.

You may not use the Service, or allow others to use the Service, to create, upload, process, share, or distribute content or activity that:

Some features require payment, a subscription, or purchased credits. Pricing and included usage are shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in your account settings.

Credits are a digital balance for use within the Service. They are not money, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Purchased credits generally do not expire while your account is active. Subscription or promotional credits may be subject to additional terms, including expiration or reset periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance as required by law. Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We generally do not provide refunds for unused subscription time, unused credits, or partially used billing periods. If a verified technical failure on our side caused a charge without delivery, we may provide replacement credits or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

The Service, including our software, interfaces, workflows, site design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other materials, is owned by Free HDR Photo Enhancer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Service is transferred to you. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free HDR Photo Enhancer and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Free HDR Photo Enhancer for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
