3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@free-hdr-photo-enhancer.online containing:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity, we may restore the material at our discretion.
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you are located, or if outside the United States, in any judicial district in which Free HDR Photo Enhancer may be found.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate or suspend the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringer based on the facts of each case.
